Tim and Jan both have extensive experience in the construction industry concerning design, drafting, remodeling, residential, government contracting and commercial work. They met while working for the same building contractor in Delaware where they both gained extensive knowledge in coastal building and design. After spending 15 years in a resort area they decided to move to an area more conducive to raising a family. After spending one week in the Wilmington, North Carolina area, it was unanimous. They and their children are still very happy with that decision.
